A perfect manufacturing

All our technicians have not only very high levels of qualifications, but also have over 20 years experience. Because the techniques and tools of this activity are continuously updated, training is very important for all our technicians. Undertaking this training enables them to have a perfect knowledge of each characteristic of the materials used: PEhd, PPh, PVC, PVDF.

Our credo is to supply our customers with a top quality product and work. This is why we are continuously investing in new machine equipment such as welding devices, folding machines, CNC machines, or overhead cranes.                                                                 This makes us one of the most advanced production sites in Europe.

After a high precision cut of the polyethylene or polypropylene sheets, we proceed to the plates welding, forming either a cylindrical or a parallelepiped tank.                                 The extrusion lets us assemble the bottom of the tank as well as the sides before we install the accessories.

Before we organise transport, which is in most cases a convoy due to the size of the products, our tanks are fully checked by running water through them.

We are 100% sure of the quality of the material we use. We have been working with the same partner, Röchling Haren, for many years now, enabling us guarantee the high quality of our products.
